The firms of Scotts and of Holt & Sellars each provided a friendly,

and the North Worcestershire area for over a hundred years. Scotts
Holt & Sellars continues to provide such a service.
Mr Martin Gorman has over 40 years of legal experience in dealing
with Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection
applications.
Miss Tracey Side has recently joined the firm and since qualifying
as a Solicitor in 2004 has also specialised in Wills, Probate, Lasting
Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications.
Mr Gorman and Tracey can each assist your completing the appropriate
forms for the Revenue as well as realising assets and settling estate
debts.
Mr Andrew Borley is an experience litigator and deals with disputes
in relation to estates. This may include disputes between executors
and beneficiaries, Wills made under duress or under influence, claims
that a testator did not understand what he/she was doing when preparing
a Will and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and
Dependents) Act 1975
