Nesheela Nazir joined Messrs Scotts Holt & Sellars Solicitors as an Associate Solicitor at Steps House, 10 St. John Street, Bromsgrove, in January 2009. Nesheela qualified in 2001. She deals with all areas of Family Law to include separation and pre-nuptial agreements, divorce (including Islamic marriages), financial settlements, private law, children contact and residence disputes, domestic violence and issues surrounding unmarried couples. Nesheela is fluent in Urdu, Punjabi and Patwaari and is a member of Resolution. Nesheela has experience in dealing with complex cases involving pensions, business elements and property/investment portfolios.

Nesheela is actively involved in networking and marketing building her reputation and that of the firm within the area.

Scotts Holt & Sellars offer a free legal surgery on the first Monday of each month from 4pm-6pm on a first come first served basis.
