It is obviously important to you when considering whether or not to instruct Solicitors to pursue a debt to ensure that it does not cost you more than the already considerable debt due to you.  We will discuss with you what charges we would bill and where appropriate will arrange a scheme with regard to your funding of fees and Court costs which you are content with and for which you can budget.
