Employment Law
Andrew Borley has over 20 years experience both pursuing cases
on behalf of employees as well as defending on behalf of employers
Employment Tribunal claims. Whether the particular circumstances
relate to a sex, or race, or disability, or age discrimination claim
or an unfair dismissal, harassment at work, victimisation or pay
claim Mr Borley will be pleased to meet with you at an initial 30
minute meeting for a fixed fee of £50.00 plus VAT to assess
the merits of a potential or actual claim.
Issues in dispute which are raised at Employment Tribunals are
not always straightforward, and the experience of pursuing or defending
a claim yourself is not only very daunting because you are dealing
with ex-colleagues you are not keen on but also demands a knowledge
of the ways in which Employment Tribunals work.
Andrew advises his clients what steps are necessary and when to
ensure the strengths of those arguments are put before the Tribunal.
We act for some Claimants pursuant to a No Win No Fee Agreement,
and our Mr Borley after an initial meeting can advise whether or
not we can pursue your claim in line with such an Agreement. Andrew
looks to agree near to the start with his clients how his clients
will settle his fees - whether this is under a No Win No Fee arrangement,
or payment of fees by instalments, or by some other arrangement.
We also deal with Compromise
Agreements both for employees and for employers. These can be
prepared by Andrew or he can comment and advise on Compromise Agreements
prepared by others.
